THE LAS VEGAS FLAIR BARTENDING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Overview
Flair Bartending World Championship was an existing competition property that I helped elevate into a stronger sponsor-ready live event. The work focused on refining the brand framework around the show, improving sponsor integration, and helping connect live production, marketing support, and post-produced content into a more unified event ecosystem.
Rather than treating sponsorship as a visual add-on, the goal was to make partner value feel intentionally built into the event itself across show flow, promotion, and the content that followed.
My Role
Producer, Sponsor Integration Lead, Live Event Operator
Scope
Helped strengthen the event’s sponsor-facing brand framework
Supported integrations for partners including Patrón, Tito’s, El Cristiano, and Más+
Worked with marketing to ensure sponsor visibility across promotional and post-show content
Obtained sponsor assets and translated deliverables into production planning
Built sponsor obligations into live execution and post-produced outputs
Managed talent, rehearsals, and crew coordination in support of show delivery
Why It Worked
The success of the event came from treating sponsor integration as part of the show design rather than an afterthought. Instead of simply placing logos around the event, the goal was to make partners feel intentionally represented across the live experience, marketing rollout, and content that followed. That approach helped elevate the property while giving sponsors clearer value and the audience a more polished show.
Outcome
The event generated 50M+ impressions, drew 400+ in-person spectators, and produced 10K+ full video views, while becoming a stronger example of how an existing competition property could be elevated through sponsor strategy and tighter execution.
